PostSubject: TRAINING for BASEBALL   Wed Nov 05, 2008 1:11 pm

I'm pretty big on doing plyos, agility, explosion training to compliment a lifting program. This year in my plyo clinic I have added the kettlebell training which is a great core workout. I continue to do a lot of med ball explosion drills as well. Just running nowdays will leave you behind.
